After five and a half years working at Lynnes Welding Training, Bismarck Instructor, Roger Nelson, is retiring. Roger’s last day with us was  Friday, March 30th, 2018. This quote from one of our Alumni, Amanda W., sums it up
perfectly:

“Roger, You are the reason why I am succeeding in life right now and I cannot thank you enough for that!  You are such an amazing teacher and inspiration to your students.  You changed my life and gave me hope when I was ready to give up.  I wish you the best in your retirement and will be forever thankful for your role in my life.”

We welcome our new Bismarck Instructor, Mike Morris, to the team! Mike grew up in Bismarck, ND. He was raised in a Rural/Ranch/Farm environment. He had an interest in welding at a young age and started working part-time at a fabrication shop at 14 years old until he
graduated High School. After High School, he followed the passion for welding, being self-taught and having on-the-job training with different
companies. He spent the last 25 + years doing various welding tasks, which included fabrication, structural, heavy equipment repairs, and many more welding procedures. His advice to everyone: “No matter your age or education level, follow your dream and your personal
motivation will decide your future.”
