After 18 years in the industry (2020) he sought out a welding instructor position and landed at Lynnes. “I absolutely have the greatest job in the world. Brandon
7 years in the US Army in the infantry, with two deployments in Iraq. He struggled to find decent-paying jobs after the army because job skills didn’t align with the civilian world until the VA suggested welding. Brandon is a graduate from Lynnes Welding Training, graduating from the 12-week Combination Program.

Adam
Adam serves as the Director of Education with over 16 years of experience in the welding industry. He started his career very young, welding parts for his dad’s fabrication shop. He loves outdoor activities that involve hunting, fishing, or spending time with his wife and kids.

Grew up on a Farm/ranch and at a young age (14) started working in a fabrication shop. As time progressed they started to teach me welding little by little. After High School, traditional schooling didn’t feel like the right option: so he jumped into the welding industry. Prior to coming to work with LWT, Mike owned his own business called MSM Welding and Home Improvements where I did welding and Carpentry.

Started his welding career by completing a 2-year welding program at a technical college. In 2017 I was hired to instruct part time at the technical college I attended while still working full-time in medical and aerospace. This lead me to pursue a full-time teaching position with Lynnes welding Training in 2021.
