A student must notify the Admissions Office in writing, verbally in person or on the phone or through email of their intention to withdraw from the program they are enrolled in and the reasons for the withdrawal. The email address is [email protected]. The student will be asked to sign a Withdrawal Form that can be obtained from the Admissions Office.
