Brad started his career as a metal fabricator after welding sparked my interest at a young age. He then decided to turn that passion into a career, enrolling in a welding program to gain certifications and knowledge. Brad's passion for metal working and bringing projects to life has fueled his 13 years experience in the industry.

Tyler started his career in carpentry but quickly realized he wanted another trade. As welding had interested him from a young age, he made the switch and attended Lynnes Welding Training for the 12 week combination program. After graduation, he started a job in industrial piping and structural welding before joining LWT
