LWT may deem it necessary to close operations during inclement weather, or other such situations. Every effort will be made to announce a delayed start or closing before the start of the class via phone, email or text.
If LWT makes the decision to do a delayed start/early dismissal (2 hours typically) or close for a full day, the student(s) will not be penalized for time missed, but please note that there will not be make-up time either. In addition, there will be no discounts or refunds for days missed.
