The American Welding Society’s Instructor Institute is held annually at the AWS headquarters in Miami, FL. One instructor from each of the 21 districts is nominated to attend. It is an opportunity for welding instructors to not only strengthen their teaching skills, but also learn the newest in techniques and standards in the welding industry and network with other instructors. The year’s Instructor’s Institute will be held from July 23rd-28th. Brandon Markey, our instructor, has been selected by District 15 to attend this year’s Institute!
